Time and attendance
From access-control events to a ready-to-use report
The service collects entry and exit events, matches them to employees, and prepares reports against individual work schedules.
The solution
What changed in the process
Starting point
Events arrived from several sources in different formats. One employee could have multiple identifiers, while technical equipment events appeared alongside actual attendance records.
How it works
We built a dedicated processing service that receives access-control events, removes duplicates, links employee identifiers, and compares actual attendance with planned schedules.
Outcome
The system produces an Excel report with entry times, exit times, and deviations. Unusual events can be reviewed separately instead of searching through the entire log.
Inside the system
What the system does
- CSV, NDJSON, and collector data import
- Matching multiple employee identifiers
- Individual schedules and calendar exceptions
- Separating equipment events from attendance deviations
- Excel report generation
- API integration with the corporate platform
