Corporate platform

One working environment for several departments

A shared platform brings employees, requests, approvals, purchasing, documents, tasks, and internal events into one structure.

01

Starting point

Departments worked in separate services. Employee records, roles, and statuses had to be maintained in several places, while approval histories were assembled manually.

02

How it works

We created a shared model for employees, departments, and permissions. Connected modules for requests, purchasing, documents, tasks, calendars, messaging, and guest access all use this foundation.

03

Outcome

LDAP/AD remains the source of user accounts, the access-control system supplies attendance events, and the business modules share the same roles and reference data. New processes can be added without creating another employee database.
